Frequently Asked Questions

We accept cash, check, credit card, HSA and FSA accounts.
Fully Alive Integrative Health is considered an out of network provider with insurance companies. We can submit claims for our reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Our office will run a complimentary benefits check for you, upon request. Choosing to be out of network allows us to spend more time with our patients and provide more in-depth, personalized care.
Yes! But we are considered a non-participating provider. What this means is, Medicare patients get the federal Medicare rate in our office, but they pay that fee to our office at their time of service. Our billing department will submit the visit claims to Medicare, and they will send you a reimbursement check, typically that covers about 80% of your visit. Please call our office if you have further questions!
Our onboarding process is done over two visits. The first visit, you will have a consult with your provider, an exam, and a nervous system evaluation. On your second visit, you will be provided with a report of findings and a care plan that details out your path to healing.
We do not take walk-in appointments. If you are a current patient, many times you are able to schedule same-day appointments.
We have a "no call/no show" cancellation fee of $20. While we always appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change an appointment, we understand that illness, bad weather, and other emergencies can arise suddenly. All we ask is that you call or text us to cancel or reschedule, even if it is an hour before the appointment. This policy is to ensure that our patients have access to care when needed, as Dr. Nathan typically has a wait list of patients wanting to be seen every day. Please note that we make every effort possible to remind you of your appointment with texts, appointment cards, and phone calls, so feel free to let us know the best way to remind you!
Dr. Siebenaller uses an instrument called an arthrostim to adjust most patients. This is a low-force tool that allows for targeted application with no cracking, popping, or twisting.
